Sheffield Blue Template Support Thread

I finally got the footer displayed on homepage. Now need assistance with two

(1) Product info page is not displaying correctly.

(2) Tab Module for Featured, New, Specials not displaying correctly.

(1) was solved by removing zenlight which was causing issue. May be version installed on 1.3 is not compatible with 1.5.

(2) was solved by making some changes in templates/common folder files.

Updraded 1.3 to 1.5.3 and have two issue.

(1) Template shows large blank space below footer for all pages. If I remove following lines from tpl_header.php in common folder
<?php require($template->get_template_dir('tpl_mega_menu.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'common'). '/tpl_mega_menu.php');?>

It will remove the large blank space below footer but it also remove mega menu. Any suggestions?


(2) Product page does not show product image even image box appear there and appearance look like no image is uploaded but when click on large image it does not product image. How I can get this fixed?

Does this template work on 1.5.3? I upgrade one site today and classic template was loading ok but whenever I upload file for this template, pages does not load correctly.
I tried files from directory of 1.3.9 version which have been working well with this template and also fresh files from your website but still website is not loading correctly. I also tried responsive one and same thing happen.

First Page does not load after site logo so I change /SBtemplates/common/html_header.php file with standard zencart 1.5.3 file and now page load above the footer and content is not aligned specially on main page for specials, featured and new. Footer is not appearing for main page and product detail page.

I just installed the Responsive Sheffield Blue template on a fresh install of 1.5.3 with no problems or issues. No modifications to the template package are necessary. All of the problems you are experiencing are due to modifications you have made or upgrade errors.

If you have a long list of manufacturers or categories, it is the reason for the white space. Hover over your header drop downs to check this.

All images files are in public_html/images folder and on 1.3.9 version product pages were displaying images fine but now It don't show image on product page and when I check image url it shows

I would recommend checking your logs folder for errors and correcting the errors.

Thank you. on 1.3.9 I had so many modules/modification so I think best would be to do fresh installed on 1.5.3
Can you guide me if I install all modules on this 1.5.3 and they work then I can just move all files to live site and run any applicable sql in admin and all should work?

I would upgrade your database, then do a fresh install of the zen cart files, then install the template package (lots will be broken), then install/upgrade the modules.

Thank you. I am working on it. I tried to run following sql for this template on fresh zencart 1.5.3 installation and it shows "Warning An error have occurred" I tried this in zc admin via install sql patch. Template is Sheffield_blue.
Any idea?

The Responsive Sheffield Blue and Sheffield Blue are 2 completely different template packages. If you used to have the Sheffield Blue template installed then you can not just upgrade to the responsive package. You need to install the responsive package like a new template and then use the new template override directory to install any modules.
