I am having problems with this mod, I have used it before without any problems.
I had to disable to the mod as it was stopping on a screen saying please wait order is being processed.
I then tried to reinstall it by removing the files and downloading a fresh copy which I think was newer than the previous version. I followed the instructions however now it is not showing in my admin menu but has changed the layout on my website.

delete the file includes/extra_configures/checkout.php
Then install it again

I did this but it is still not installing in my admin.

Try leaving the files there, but running the uninstall.sql in tools->SQL Patch

I've been trying to restore the option to display the "referral" field on registration but I can't seem to make it display.

Hi, I have a fresh install of Zen Cart v1.5.3, and am trying to install the latest FEC (1_15_1). I first installed the css/js loader, and I renamed all the custom template folders and admin correctly, I followed all the instructions, but FEC doesn't seem to be auto-installing when I login to my admin, it simply isn't showing up under configuration. I've tried re-downloading the FEC files, deleting the installed files from my server, then reinstalling the files, but it's still not working. I also tried running the uninstall.sql as suggested on here hoping it will reinstall when I log into my admin, but nothing. I read that 1_15_1 fixed an installation bug, but maybe there is still a bug? Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? Thanks!

I dont have the link in admin "Configuration->Fast and Easy Checkout Configuration"
I was able to get there by editing the URL and changing the page ID to 33 which was the next one after the bottom link, IE:
adminfolder/configuration.php?gID=33
But why cant I see the link in admin, this is a superuser account.
I double checked all the files were uploaded, and the system works if I just go to the above link.
