Only PayPal enabled yet option to enter credit card numbers still on payment page

I just upgraded my cart from v1.5.1 to v1.5.3 today.

When I was placing my 'test order', and I got to the payment page, it has the option to choose 'credit card'.

So I went to admin>Configuration>credit cards and ALL options are now set to "0" yet the place where you enter your credit card number and info is still showing up on the payment page!

Also in "admin>modules> payment" I do NOT have anything selected there except PayPal Payments Pro and PayPal Express Checkout. I put my site down for maintenance until I can get this figured out! HELP!!!!!!

Wouldn't ya know I find the answer immediately after I posted this??? Sorry!!! In case someone else is having the same problem, the way to fix it is to un-install Paypal Payments Pro.
