Mailbeez After Sales Modules

I'm attempting to install Mailbeez on my local testing environment (Wampserver) and the install continues to fail. I log into Admin, go to Tools, click Mailbeez and then click the Install button which takes me to the cloud download. It appears to download the files just fine, but then cannot apply them. The error I received is as follows:

When I hit "Cancel" and it returns me to the Admin of Zen Cart I see an error message that says "fatal error: can't find config_queen.php"
I'm pretty positive that I uploaded the files correctly. Any assistance is appreciated.

I should add that this is a new install of ZC 1.5.3 using the sample database.
