Problem with admin module page admin/modules.php?set=shipping

Something is wrong with my admin page for shipping modules at admin/modules.php?set=shipping
It doesn't show the editing section and buttons that is supposed to be on the right side.
The other admin module pages at admin/modules.php?set=payment and admin/modules.php?set=ordertotal display correctly.

What was the last shipping module that you installed or edited?

There are two possibilities that will cause this issue.

1) You introduced a syntax error when you edited the file(s)
2) There are two copies of the same module residing in the /modules/shipping/ folder with different names (usually the result of making a backup of the file(s) and leaving the backup with a '.php' suffix.

hint: It will probably be related to changes made to the Zone Rates file, or a new/updated installation of one of the UPS modules (as these are the ones that generally follow your last 'good' entry, the Table Rates.

I was trying to install a USPS module but it didn't work.

The latest USPS module is supposed to be compatible with my version of zen cart but every time i put usps.php in the module folder I have this same problem

1. What version of Zen Cart?
2. What version of PHP?
3. What's the actual error message occurring in your logs folder? http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page

The newest K6 version of USPS module would not install.
I went back to K5 and it installs fine.

We can't help fix whatever problem might exist for K6 (if there really is any) without knowing more about your site. Please answer my questions above.
