I finally have Amazon Payment setup and running up to the point that customer should be returned to my website.

But the return page is blank. The return page URL in the Admin/Modules/payment is: http://www.sourceforherbs.com/index....eckout_success

Following is in the URL line of the blank page:

Older versions of Zencart store logs in the /cache/ folder. The current version stores them in the /logs/ folder (The fact that you mentioned the logs folder suggests that this is where they will be found).

You may *also* have logs stored in the CBA folder so you need to check *both* folders.

I forgot to mention that all email notifications are received on both the customer and merchant sides.
Also the orders are in Amazon's order management.

Cache has 2 files as of the time of my last test, both are sql files with names starting with zc.
First is too long to post.

Second one contains the following:

Nothing as in 'no files' or Nothing as in 'The files I have don't appear to be relevant to the issue' ?

Apologies for asking for this clarification, but to a coder/developer 'Nothing' rarely ever means *nothing*.

First is too long to post.

That's ok, it looks like your /cache/ folder only contains cache data (no log files), and it is the log files that we are interested in.

Q. Have you tried any other checkout methods? Do these also give a 'blank page' when the checkout_success page is loaded?

The Amazon log folder has this file name in it - tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

I went back and entered a new order : I clicked on the shopping cart link and the following appears on the shopping cart page

Although unlikely to cause any problem this file almost certainly *shouldn't* be there.

This is telling me that something almost certainly has gone wrong with the module installation. My recommendation here is to remove the amazon related files that you uploaded and try again as there is no way of tell what other files are in the wrong locations.

Sorry, I can't tell from this if what we are seeing here is what you are seeing on the shopping cart link or if it is just being displayed this way as a result of posting it into this message.
Either way, I am going to consider it of little importance, because my question to you was
"Have you tried any other checkout methods? Do these also give a 'blank page' when the checkout_success page is loaded?"

The answer I wanted/expected was a couple of yes's or a couple of no's. You gave neither.
