Yorkshire Clean Template Support Thread

**** Centre Box *****

Hi Anne,

Not sure if my question below has already been discussed:

On the website home page (http://www.leddepotcanada.com), the centre box doesn't show any product unless I click on "NEW". How can I default the home page to display products automatically without clicking on "NEW"? I tried to adjust "Layout Boxes Controller" but it didn't work. Looks like it doesn't control the centre boxes. Anywhere I can adjust this, or do I need to modify the php files?

Please let me know & thanks a lot in advance!

I'm doing a testing of ordering products from our website. The order confirmation & payment notice both worked properly. When I check website admin on customers/orders, this order is showing up as "Processing". But when I click on it, it takes me to a blank screen.

Can you please let me know how I can fix it?

This is not a problem with the template package. Look in your logs folder for errors and correct them.

The Debug Mode under payment modules was set as "off". Should I change the setting, or where can I find the logs folder? Sorry, please spare me, I'm a new user. (BTW, I'm using v1.5.4)

Whenever you get blank page or partial blank page there should be error logs in your /logs folder.

We looked through some php files trying to locate the correct one in order to modify the navigation bar on the main page of our website: www.leddepotcanada.com. We need to modity the wording or close some of the items like Brands, About us, Service; as well as change the color. Can you please let me know how to find and edit the file?

You can edit the header menu in includes/templates/yorkshire_clean/common/tpl_mega_menu.php. You will make color changes in the includes/templates/yorkshire_clean/css/stylesheet.css file. If you want to make css changes I would strongly recommend using chrome and the chrome web developer tools.
