Is anyone using this plugin?
Are there any any instructions on its use?
There were not any readme files with the plugin.

I have installed the plugin and it appears to have installed correctly, however:
If I add a whitelist product to only allow shipping a particular product to a particular zone, then the caution appears for EVERY product added to the cart.
If I add a blacklist product to not allow shipping to a particular zone, then the caution appears for every zone until the product is removed from the cart.

It uses the session variable $_SESSION['customer_zone_id'. I have not been able to find if that variable is referring to the customer's billing address or shipping address. Can someone enlighten me?

I got this to install ok on a test server. And I also got the warning to appear that the restricted product cannot ship to my address. But it still lets me place an order for it. That doesn't seem right. The developer says he/she doesn't respond to private messages but does respond to postings on the forum, so I hope he/she will see this and give some guidance.
