    As pointed out previously, this is not template specific (ie, belongs in some other thread.) Further that setting modifies information that has already been entered or is going to be entered. It doesn't suddenly bring back other items (from what I recall). The database location holding the information is the products_to_categories table and associating the product(s) to the desired category representing the desired group (new/featured/etc...). Any further discussion to this should betaken to a new or alternate thread...

    Please could you help me with changing the lists of options that appear in the white space in the footer menu.

    Ultimately I would like to end up with 2 central columns containing 5 options in each.

    'Sitemap' would move to column 3 to replace 'Conditions of Use'.
    Then everything in column 2 isnt needed, so I would like to move the contents of column 1 across to column 2.

    I did swap try swapping 'Sitemap' and 'Conditions of Use' round in footer_menu_defines.php but this had no affect. I couldnt see any postings on this, although I could see a couple of websites where this had been done.

    Yes, this is correct. You will need to edit the footer_menu_defines.php file and can use some css to hide the columns that you do not want to use.

    Thanks,

    Thank you.

    After you said that I had found the right place to do the change, I still couldn't see my changes showing up - then I worked out why ... there are some more lines right at the bottom of footer_menu_defines.php that also have to be changed in the section

    /*BOF Footer Menu Definitions*/

    Hi Ann, I'm having a big problem with spam and have partially resolved it by using the spam-catcher option in my cpanel. If you click the contact link on the site, it has all the contact info, so the only other thing I need to do is disable the pull-down menu.... that's what is causing the spam. I do not want to use Recaptcha, but if you could please let me know how to disable that pull-down it would be greatly appreciated. Love the template! Regards, Mitch

    You can just remove the code in the includes/templates/override/common/tpl_mega_menu.php file.

    Thanks,
