Responsive Sheffield Blue v2.0

Hi:

I am using a 15" laptop. Just tried the link to the page I gave you on my 21" desktop and I only have 2 product listing columns.

There is the right hand sidebox which has featured products but that is not a product listing column.

Funny thing. If I go to "Inspect Element" in Chrome and the inspection box comes up on the right hand side then there are 3 columns of products shown in the left hand side of the screen.

I have been looking to fix the warning problem for a couple days now with no luck. We looked into a database problem in my phpadmin.

The problem is apparently common but I have not found any fixes. Also noted that many sites remain up with no fix scattered throughout google.

"WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again" In either the Sheffield blue responsive template or the Dover_fine. It does not show up in the actual Zen cart, only the templates which to me shows it may not be a DB issue but yet a plugin used for the template.

If someone has a fix to this, please let me know. I would like to use the Sheffield template if I can resolve the issue at hand.

Was able to fix with a patch that was given on a different template thread for the Dover_Fine template. However it did not work in Sheffield but that's fine, I will use Dover.

Normally when you get this error it means that you have plugins installed that have override files that have not been copied over to the new template override folder.

Hi:

I have been trying to get 3 columns on the product listing pages.

This morning I installed a new 1.5.4 version and loaded in the Sheffield Blue template. I then copied my database from my existing site.

When I went to the product listing page on my laptop I only have 2 columns.

On my phone, in landscape mode I have 2 columns.

On my tablet, 8.4", in landscape mode I have 2 columns, but in portrait mode there are 3 columns.

I don't know what to do to solve this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Try changing width:30% on line 413 in includes/templates/responsive.../css/responsive_default.css

You don't need to change anything. The product listings are showing at 3 per row. I am viewing from my desktop.

Hi:

Changed the line to 30% and the product listings went to 3 wide on my desktop. The tablet still was 2 wide in landscape only.

Went to line 387 and tried changing it to 30% but my guess was wrong. It didn't change the tablet, so I put it back.

Thanks for fixing the desktop view.
