Customer profile not updating in admin when edited

Hello,

If I update customer details in their profile via admin and then click update
the screen refreshes with the old information and it's not updated.
I have to delete their profile and create new customer via the website.
Any idea why?

I looked in my cache folder there is no error logs.

Hi There,

I installed V1.54 and it was not an upgrade. I just uploaded it to the server and it's been working fine except for this. I am using responsive Sheffield Blue template.
The problem is still ongoing but now I have installed add customer from admin plugin and it seems to working ok except for one thing that I unsure is related is when I try to change the DOB of an existing customer and click update button. The DOB gets changed to 13/02/22/0 and when I click update again it changes to 30/11/2036. Its always the same DOB that it changes to finally accepting the 30/11/2036 date which cannot be changed.
I hope this is enough info,sorry f I missed anything.

It is very are to track a problem when you add an additional module which might further compound the problem. I would suggest
1. Remove the last plugin code
2. Switch to basic template.
3. Test program, see if any new logs are create. This will tell you whether or not it is related to the template that'd you installed. If you get a new log, post contents. Don't recommend adding any new plugins until u fix this problem.

Also, do you only have 1.54 installed w a template? Anything other plugins?
