This seems to be a semi-responsive template, not fully responsive. For example, if I resize the screen below 768px breakpoint, there are no menus or any navigation available. The mobile version does have a menu, but I'd expect it to exist in the desktop version as well if it's responsive.

Desktop, 1920x1080px, Firefox and Chrome. Fresh (vanilla) install on localhost.

IMHO, not much of a solution. Notice the different positioning...

on 2 installs if i go to hardware - cdrom drives on sample data the right column drops below footer

seems to happen on empty categories but layout seems ok on categories with products the right column appears in correct position
