Can't find product in Products Price Manager

I recently took over a Zen Cart site for a new client.

I find that I have a product listed in the online website catalog that does not show up in the Products Price Manager, no matter what term I search for.

The product works fine in the catalog, can be viewed, ordered, etc., but can not be modified since I can not call it up in Products Price Manager.

Any ideas?

Does the product show up in the Catalog->Categories/Products listing? If so, you might be able to access the Products Price Manager for that product via the direct product link (shown to the right-side of the display).

What version of Zen Cart does the store use?

And I just found another similar weird one. I have two products, somehow both have the same model number for the same product, PR7C, though they have a different Product Name. Both show up in the online catalog, but only one can be accessed via the Products Price Manager.

You mention the product price manager, but what about viewing the product directly and not using the product price manager? Does the product have a valid master_category assigned? (top left corner of the product information page).

Having a duplicate model_number, please explain why this seems to be a surprise. What is it about operation of this site that necessitates a unique model number? Default ZC code does not require such a condition. The fact that it seems odd indicates that something "allowed" there to be a duplicate.

A couple more questions:

1. What version of PHP is the site running on? You can find this in the ZC admin's Tools->Server / Version Info display.
2. Are you familiar with the usage of your webhost's cPanel /phpMyAdmin interface?
