Regardless the plugin, typically by merging the changes made to a template file supporting operation with the "alternate" template will offer continued operation, whether the template(s) were responsive or not. If the application uses html tags to present information such as <table... or <span..., the tags may need to be modified/changed to integrate with the specific template. Generally speaking and as memory serves, the template related files from this plugin would need to be incorporated into the template override directory for the responsive template similar to above.
