Duplicate order

last mod that was installed was ultimate URL which was over a year ago. site worked fine and didnt have any problems untill just now. no ideea what has gotten into it

Well, when did your PHP version go up? 1.5.0 is supposed to be max PHP 5.3. Have you tried switching the PHP back down in your cPanel if you can?

i have tried to switch to php 5.3 but when i load the site it says Call to undefined function: mysql_connect(). Please install the MySQL Connector for PHP, nothing below 5.6 works.

That is something you web host would help you with... Truth is you need to upgrade your cart

i have checked previous debug files and i found these 2:

I'm thinking these could be the problem since i get a duplicate id, no ideea how to fix tho...
