ok...UPDATE.
(1) server had wrong PHP version. changed to 5.6 and did not get Server error page. I stil get a message saying Paypal Authority Settings not set up or API Security info incorrect 10002 Security Header is not Valid. I thought they were all set up o....will check again.
(2) I now see the Payal box to click....but nothing happens if I click it!!
