Checkout Success showing up in filled shopping cart after my 1.54 to 1.57 upgrade

Is there a reason why the 'checkout has been a success' message is showing up in a customers filled cart after my database upgrade?

Unfortunately the site displays as down for maintenance. Perhaps could explain more about how/where "checkout has been a success" displays? Is it something that has become a product within the product list? Does it appear to be static text that might have been improperly populated? Are there other plugins that have been installed? Is this in the list of known bugs for 1.5.7? There are other questions that can be asked, continuing to address the posting tips would likely help the situation.

Apologies, I did a search on the text displayed using dev tool kit and it displayed the culprit was which my define_shopping_cart.php file.
I edit that text out and now it looks perfect!
