Make admin configuration translatable to other languages?

So where shrimp-gumbo-mmmhhh sees a need for users to have a complete translated interface which could cause problems.

I would see more use for a language-specific version of the docs-subsite that explain it to people who are less fluent in English. It would be one battle less for them to fight.

Maybe the simple solution is to have a code piece in the admin that allows you to translate using Google translate from one language to another..... my browser is already asking me now if I want to translate it now when I switch to another language in admin....

That could be an option if the core developers don't see any security risk in it. (Extra door for hackers or PCI compliance conflict.)

Store side for customers shouldn't be a problem. Worst could be a giggle.
Admin side could work but you have to be careful. I caught the AI of Google translate already a few times that it says the exact opposite of what the original is. Not something you want to happen when you're fine tuning your shop.

I don't want to sound like a control freak but shouldn't we keep the important translations in our own hands? You don't want to encounter a white truck in the translation.
