Occasionally (and rarely), a customer logs in or revisits the site and finds themselves logged in as someone else. Logging out and back in resolves the issue, but we can't seem to find any existing threads that document anyone else having this same experience.
We're using the CEON add-on, but aside from that, I can't think of anything else that might be impactful. Possibly OneAll social, but we're seeing instances of this issue without that particular method for access.
This has been going on intermittently for some time, but we can't seem to find any common denominator as to why.
Does this ring a bell for anyone else running ZC? I'd rather omit the URL for security reasons, but I'm happy to pay for services to nail down what might be the issue and can provide that info via PM.
