Is minimum order support thread missing?

Hi there,
Please excuse me if I am at the wrong place but I cannot find the following support thread for minimum order 1.5.8 that was in the readme txt file in the latest minimum order txt file for v 1.5.8.

I installed minimum order on zc 1.5.8a with php v8.2.4 and it seems to allow orders below the minimum amount which is set to 150. The site is located at https://gelcandlecompany.com/wholesaleNEW

I am hoping that someone can tell if there is something I can do to alleviate this issue so i may move forward with my wholesale site's upgrade from 1.5.4.

Decided to uninstall since clearly this is not ready for 1.5.8a
