Need Advice with Paypal Error 12002

In the last few days, we have been getting some Paypal Error 12002and I am not sure if we should be concerned about it. Not sure if it was user error or something else as the customer was able to place the order. ( error log below)

We are a US based business and use Paypal payment pro. Is there any concerned or issue as future goes with Paypal and Zencart?

I went thru a few threads where mention of Paypal pro being discontinued and/or Paypal not developing any integration for ZC.

We are completely setup with Paypal and would hate to change of payment processing now and definetely not planning on changing of e-commenrce platform.

Any opinions or reassuring thoughts on this would be appreciated?

A quick fix is to switch to Express.

There have been a lot of changes in the last two years with ZC, PayPal, and PHP BUT, I don't believe sudden 12002s are the problem as the change to that was done in September of 2019 and would have been included in your 1.5.7d

You state you are US-based but are these 12002s non-US?

Express is not really an option I want as it takes customer to paypal for checkout. I would prefer to keep them on the ZC site.

The location is the first thing i looked at when the invalid 3-D secure was mentioned. The customers are US based ( i.e. Texas and Virginia state).

The only thing i can come up with is the CC used was non US based and they gave a US billing address. That s a longshot though.

Customers managed to place the order and transaction went thru but no clue if it was after several attempts or not.

It is just really odd and hopefully an isolated incident. Maybe Paypal itself
