Baffled why some of my URLs have the complete heading text, and others don't?
Like here has the heading##text:

Here does Not:## (note, the heading##text gets##truncated##on this one)

It looks like you're using Ultimate SEO Urls (aka USU), but if your site's really running on Zen Cart 1.5.4 there have been a ton of updates to that plugin since the mid-2010's.
