Multiple Zen Programs Not working 1.5.8a or any Zen

Curious problem. I have about ten different websites under Inmotion hosting. Some are non-profits, some for profit, some historical...

Sometime recently, all of the websites created with either Zencart or ZenPhoto stopped functioning.

Restoring from my backups via FTP did not make a difference. I was able to do a fresh install of ZenPhoto, import the old information into it, and ZenPhoto now works.

However, i could not restore any of the ZenCart sites with FTP, just got a "Site not working now" message, or a 500 error message.

Figuring I would just do a fresh install in a fresh directory did not work either, because the install will not get past the installation finished screen. If I click on the "directory"/zcadmin, I get a 500 error.

For the heck of it, I tried installing several other shopping cart programs our host Inmotion offers, and they worked fine.

I just don't want to try moving all my information into a different program because I have some 8000 products with photos and a 5 or 10 level multiples pricing screen that works so well in Zencart.

I am by no means a Zen expert, just a store owner that has used the product for the past 12 years, and now I cannot even do a fresh install.

Hate to be down during the holiday shopping season...however, I would move to another program if someone had a good brick and mortar /ecommerce all in one POS solution so that I didn't need to manually update from my POS Access instore database program to the online Zencart solution though...

Apparently, you are not accepting PMs

Your host has most likely increased the PHP to a level that breaks your site without warning you.

Those "Server 500" errors are going to be noted in myDEBUG-*.log files present in the site's /logs sub-directory. See the Zen Cart docs for more information: https://docs.zen-cart.com/user/troub...ternal_server/

Thanks, I contacted our host and they had all the sites working very soon after.
