Best keyword location?

I was wondering the best keyword location for this website. www.ntains.com. Custom site built for me by Picaflor Azul a few years ago. Can one of you guru's look at the site and tell me the best location for the key words for this design? I would like to update them but on going through the forum entries it just made it more confusing where they should be.

Hi Mark!

In my opinion the main way to get some keywords that you would ideally like to rank for is to have high quality content written including specific keywords on the pages.

Your keywords should be included in content that makes sense to your target audience. As a starting point for your site I would update your About us page and also your mission statement, accreditations and testimonials. If you can add content to these pages it would be a good start.

to update your pages I would check under tools>EZ-Pages on the admin side of the website.
