Is there an App that can export all Zen Cart images for importing to another ecommerce platform ?

Didnt find anything with Google search so maybe someone in here has seen something. Ive exported the products to CSV, but images are a different issue

As you have already downloaded all your products via CSV this should allow you to see the path to all your images, to actually download the images you would need to connect to your site via FTP

I would check with your specific host to see the details you need but you can use a program like FileZilla to connnect to your website and download the entire /images/ folder that you need.

When interacting with the site via FTP be careful as you can download/delete/change files that have unknown consequences

Yes, I downloaded all images.

BUt was trying to see if there was an image Import solution. I know its not likely since it is a completely different ecommerce solution (Shopify). but figured I'd try.

So it will be a long manual process of adding images to all the imported products to new site, about 3000

As you are moving to another solution you would be best posting on any forums about that solution. Personally I havent used shopify so I couldnt say about the ability to import images into spotify
