Installed Stripe, now PayPal checkout impaired.... help, which file?

PHP 7.4

I installed the stripe payment module and now PayPal Express has been impaired
on the 3rd/final checkout page, no shipping amount is shown for PayPal.
If I proceed to PayPal, the total is correct at PayPal including shipping.
So it appears to be simply that the shipping is not displayed on that final checkout page

A stripe module file must have replaced a file that has impaired PayPal. Which file would that be?

It is the /includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php file
It has a section of original code commented out.
If I remove the comments, the sub total, shipping, sales tax, and Total return, but its repeated for some reason.
