Email Logo not showing

Using 1.55f and for some reason the logo is not showing in emails (welcome, general email to a customer). Instead the customer gets this instead of the logo:

Red X where the image should be and $EMAIL_LOGO_ALT_TEXT $EXTRA_HEADER_INFO

I've checked both email_extras.php files and verified the image is in the email folder

It is the image located in email/ called header.jpg. Perhaps the image file is corrupted

And if you have changed the filename, be sure that is reflected in

./includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/email_extras.php
./admin/includes/languages/english/email_extras.php

BTW, time to upgrade! You're running an old, unsupported version of PHP which has security vulnerabilities.
