Shipstation stopped working

All of a sudden, a few weeks ago, shipstation was having issues importing orders. I would have to retry loading orders several times, and it would finally work. When it didn't work, it would set an error of 409, which they have zero information on what causes that code. Last week, it quit working altogether, so I tried troubleshooting it. I changed password for the shipstation admin account, I tried using my own login, and it was setting a combination of 401, 404, and 409. I changed the password again, and it was back to 409. This morning, with nothing changed, it is once again setting a 404 error.

I have contacted shipstation, and so far, they have been no help at all, so I am reaching out to see if one of the experts can at least point me in the direction of how to troubleshoot it myself. My assumption, is that it has something to do with the php version, which my host will not allow me to go any lower than 8.1.

I don't know what I changed, but it's working now.
