Pricing Groups - Need Approval?

Ok

We have set up a Group Pricing Discount of 100% and after they check out with the stuff we have to approve their orders. Now we have digital products so I would like them to just go straight through without approval. How can we set this up so that the members of the pricing group does not have to wait for approval to download?

I don't understand.

WHY are you offering 100% discounts?
WHY would you want your customers to be automatically added to a 100% discount group? You may as well set all your products to "free".

1. Your customer signs up.
2. The customer doesn't get placed into a group-discount group until the administrator moves them.
3. Once they are in the discount group, their discounted prices will be shown.
This has nothing to do with downloads.

Downloads are always available immediately after purchase if payment has been completed properly (ie: the order status is set to "Processing" or whatever other setting you've configured your site for)

We sell designs - and we have a team of people who use those designs to sort of showcase them. There is a group of about 10 people, plus our designers, who get access to the products for free.

We've already tried all that.

Once a person who is in the group pricing for 100% off we (the admins) have to go in and manually update their order for them to have access to the downloads. It is not done automatically....
