Problems with checkout stage 2 (payment options

I have set up my shop and everything seemed to be OK but had no orders after 3 weeks and people say they have tried to place orders but get stuck on step 2 of checkout. There is no options for them to choose payment. This was working when I first set it up. I haven't changed anything regarding payments so I am not sure what is wrong.

I have checked in my admin and I have Paypal and cheques selected so I am stumped again!

I have just done another test of it and it seems to only have this problem with the items in the 125 bikers club section when selecting the postage discount.

Do you have the Free Shipping (freeshipper) Shipping Module installed?

This is needed for orders where there is no shipping charge ...

You were right Linda, the free shipping was not enabled. The only problem now is how to give the 50p discount if they are collecting. Its only for the 125 bikers club section (9 items) not for the business products so i dont know how to do that bit. Maybe a redemption code?
