Invoice customization, Customer address

I like to change customer address field in invoice, I have try to
find out where to do that but have't find it.

In invoice I find this one:
<td class="main"><?php echo zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->billing, 1, '', '<br>'); ?></td>

There address seem to be this
zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->billing, 1,

but I can't find where "zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->billing, 1," get the information and builds the form for address.
