So, what is the support guy saying about it now?

Also, in changing to httpd ownership, how confident is he that he's not introducing "other" true security risks?

I put a call into Sashbox moments ago, but does anyone have any additional feedback for me?
Your screenshots talk about hsphere folders, which Sashbox doesn't run. Why are you calling Sashbox? Or are you just looking for alternate hosting?

Yeah I'm now in talks with Sash b/c they appear to understand Zencart better than my other provider - who frankly doesn't know jack about it. Live and learn. I don't know if he's screwing things up by changing everything to httpd. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

Sash appears to be my way out. This is a good lesson for others trying Zecart. What a stable solution it has been abd what a nightmare my provider has been.

what I don't get is why it worked for 3 months - soup to nuts - and now seemingly out of no where the provider claims that it has always been policy to set things to be under 777. If that was the case, my tests would have failed months ago and Zencart passed every test I threw at it.

What am I doing wrong? I have named my images with the _MED and _LRG suffixes like I did prior to installing this. I even went into the Image Manager and uploaded these extra images...but I can't get the large images to pop up. I only get a hover image of the small preview. What am I not doing right?

Do you mean the pop up when you click on a medium image on the product page or the hover when you move your mouse over the medium image? Although there is a switch in the admin the hover doesn't work for medium images.

No, I mean when I hover over the thumbnail on the front page, the same size image pops up.

Re: IH2 no resizing, undefined function

Upgraded 1.2.5 with IH1 to 1.3.0.2 last week. IH functionality busted.

Upgraded 1.3.0.2 to 1.3.5 today, then installed IH2. Problems:

    - No image resizing is occurring
    - No "i" icon next to products in Catalog > Categories/Products
    - This error on Catalog > Products Image Manager:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_imagehandler_version() in products_image_manager.php on line 639
Unfortunately, there are a number of posts in this thread about no image resizing, but it doesn't look like any solutions have been posted in 30 pages of posts!

Does anyone have this working perfectly in 1.3.5? If so, what are your secrets?

Also, there's nothing in the documentation about "Scan for old IH 0.x and 1.x original images". Is this something I need to do? What does this do?

Image Resizing: Admin -> Configuration -> Images do you have calculate image size set to true?

Did you actually go to Admin -> Tools -> Image Handler and click on install image handler?

Thank you for your quick response!

Calculate image size is set to TRUE.

Yes, I did install the module via Admin -> Tools -> Image Handler.

    Any other ideas?
