Ok, I see now. You have to substitute the logo file for yours and if you don't want to show the tagline you have to delete the text.

Logo:
includes\templates\sophybluegr\images\zcLogo.jpg

To change the name and dimmensions:
includes\languages\english\sophybluegr\header.php
edit lines 21-25

There you will also see the tagline text. If you don't want to display it just leave it empty:

define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', '');

Remember I'm assuming you uploaded ALL the files included.

I downloaded the template and figured I would give it a try. I followed instructions and seems like the footer image is missing from my zip file. To see what I am talking about, I have it set as default here. http://www.twfsales.com/flagstore/
I did not change anything as of yet, well besides the stuff mentioned in the instruction file. Hope you can help me out because I honestly like the look of this template and would love to use it on my store. I will be out of town until monday, so will check back when I return home.

Just a note for everybody, do NOT order from the site unless you are serious about it. I had an older version of Zen loaded and even though the store was under reconstruction, I still had customers ordering stuff. So no test orders whatsoever.

Maybe I did something wrong, but when I had that problem I found the only way to fix it was to remove the definitions. Otherwise you still get a broken image tag box for the zencart logo popping up in the middle of the header image.

The only files in the common folder are
tpl_footer
tpl_footer2
tpl_header

And not resolved yet.

Ooooooopsy! apparently I left my test files in the zip.

Delete the footer.php and rename the footer2.php to footer.php, then upload that one. I'll repair that right now. Sorry!

Its ok. I know how that goes about mistakes. And so you know that resolved it. I do have to say that this is a template that caught my eye enough to use it instead of creating my own. Still new to this template over-ride system yet am learning.

I fixed as far as appearences go. Hopefully I didn't screw up anything else in the process. :)
