Thanks Paul - seems to work fine so far.

Just one thing - are the thumbnails supposed to show (if enabled in config)? - not seeing them.

Oops, yes I was afraid a question like that would be asked sooner or later. I corrected something that I assumed was a spelling error or typo, but I did not really think about people that would update..... The older versions had TRUMBNAIL settings, and the newer version use THUMBNAIL setting (so your sql probably still uses THRUMBNAIL and the current PHP expects THUBMNAIL). If you can remove the sql and load the latest sql I think the problem will be solved. Or edit the settings, using phpMyAdmin for example, and change all TRUMBNAILS to THUMBNAILS in your database.

(I have considered writing some sql to remove all settings, and that would make it easier, but I did not get to it yet. )

1. Would it be possible to add a switch for enabling/disabling the display of price without tax? Quite a few people aren't registered for VAT and it would free up space on the screen if that could be disabled.

Yes I understand, I did not even realize I did not add a setting for it

Would it be possible (big request ) to have the mod operate from a search query?

Sounds like a very usefull addition to me too :-) I can not promise anything since it would not be something I consider very easy to do, and it would take quite some time probably as well. So much to do and so little time ....

I will try to add a remove sql file, and a prices inc on/off setting soon, and keep the search query in mind :-)

Thanks Paul - the 'trumbnails' work fine now

I'd seen the 'trumbnail' display text error and corrected it, but I hadn't thought to check the configuration_key

(Ps. There's also a 'desactivate' in the configuration display text)

I hv downloaded the latest ver of this mod. there are 3 sql files.

- quick_update.sql
- quick_update_ to_1_3_2.sql
- quick_update_ to_1_3_3.sql
- quick_update_ to_1_3_6.sql

Which sql file do I use?

Pls advise.

If I choose a category -> Max. # of lines per page drop down it does not pull info for that specific category... the max # of lines pulls up all of the categories. Is this supposed to work like this?

Not really supposed to work like that, but neither really designed to do it otherwise, I think.

Andrew has improved the contribution a lot, and also added the categories dropdown. And I did my best as well to make this contribution even more usefull then it already was, but it's certainly not perfect yet.

The way the selections are stored is still quite messy. I think that part needs to be rewritten, to use $_SESSION to remember the choosen category for example.

It can be done, it's just a matter of priorities :-)

Another minor update (no need to reïnstall). I added links to the products_id column, to make it easy view the product at the catalog side. Actually I added it because I need an alike modification for my own usage, that also explains why I added this link in a (more or less) strange way ;-)

*pixxie: as far as I know it *is* possible to disable the inc VAT prices after all ("Display price with all included of tax." setting in admin).

Also, SQL removal for this mod is already included in the installation SQL, so I will not add separate "remove.sql" file.

I will take a break from this mod now (really this time ;-) ), and wait and see what others might have to add to it. I will only do bugfixes if needed and if time permits.....

Ah, yes - I was looking at it the other way around (how to disable the 'price without VAT'), but you're quite right - if you aren't VAT-registered it doesn't matter which of those two you disable to make more space. (D'oh)

I was wondering how difficult it is to include "Product Qty Minimum" to the configuration for this mod. I have to go through a bunch of products and set a minimum quantity for ordering.

Let me know if this is possible and whether it's worth it to wait for the addition or whether I should just start plugging away at changing them one by one. Thanks.

I've updated an older version to the newer versions, and am curious how the category edit works. When I click on the 'e' under "category", it goes to the product page where you add a product, and there is no option to change the category. How is the change category functionality supposed to work?
