Zone Rates module

Hi everyone,

I'm getting an error message of :"The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time".

I've installed the Zone Rates module along with the Store Pickup module. No other shipping modules are installed.

Zone1 countries: GB
Table: 1:5.00,2:10.00

Zone2: countries: US
Table: 1:10.00,2:35.00

And now I'm stuck!

There are several errors in v1.3.5 concerning addresses and a few other assorted unsavory bugs ...

I would recommend that you upgrade your site, the current version is v1.3.7 btw, and create a new account and see if you still have this problem to rule out any of those bugs that might be affecting this ...
