And you updated all of the files for:
/ipn_main_handler.php
/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php
/includes/modules/payment/paypal
in addition to the other changed files in v1.3.7 ...
You also checked the PayPal site and your settings to ensure PayPal did not reset anything?
