i hope this is the right post but i have a HUGE problem and need to solve it ASAP...
our sale goes on RIGHT now but... for some reason, it ignores the scents...
it's sopposed to work this way...
Scent is free anyway... the product is priced by attribute and i have :atribute discounted to "ON"
but it does NOT peflect the salesmaker... the 10% off are NOT applied to the options as it is supposed to be...

now, it shows it but, when you add it to the cart, it doesn't work. it's still the non-sale price then.

ok. this is wierd...
Product: Cherubs is 0.00 and priced by atributes - the options (small or large) is priced. THIS works...


Product: (eg., but affects all scents) Almond is 0.00 and priced by attributes - the option (candle types) are priced. It shows (correctly) 10% off BUT it is NOT applied when you add it to the cart....

I have applied the SAME settings to both products. i need help:

Do you use linked Products?

What is the master_categories_id?

Are you using Salemaker for the 10% off?

Is the Category on Sale the same as the master_categories_id for this product?

Also are the attributes marked to use the Sale or Special price?

I set the master categories to to be the sale category

Salemaker is set to 10% off, price range 0.00 - 0.00, Specials Condition: Ignore Specials Price - Apply to Product Price and Replace Special

Master category ID#29

Product: priced by attribute - YES
Attribute: Apply Discounts Used by Product Special/Sale: YES
Include in Base Price When Priced by Attributes: YES

Apply SaleDeduction to Specials Price - Otherwise Apply to Price
