    Default Re: Super Orders 2.0

I've looked, but can't find EXACTLY what I need.
I'm having a similar problem to the user with authorize.net credit card handling - but I'm using a module provided by my cc processor (www.payjunction.com)
I just installed super orders 2.0 to an existing store - with over 800 orders in the three weeks we've been live.
I've been able to use several features - thank you. However. all my payment dollar amounts are now gone. I'm showing NOTHING paid when the customer used the pay junction module . Is the problem with super orders, or is the problem with my processor?
    Please help!
    TIA.

@mumzie: First congrats on nice leap out the starting gate; I hope it continues. Second, are cc details showing up on the order in the non-SO fields? The normal orders.php includes credit card information if one is used. That information should show up regardless of whether Super Orders is present or even working. If it's not, you need to talk with whoever supplied your payment module.

Assuming that's not the case, Super Orders generates the custom payment line items at checkout by looking for info in the cc_* fields of the `orders` table. The next release will also look for PayPal payments by looking at the PayPal tables.

So for a custom payment module, you just need to write some code to look for whatever unique entries your payment module enters. Take a look at the cc_line_item() function in the super_order class. All the logic for how those lines are generated is in there.

Thanks for the reply. The payment info is indeed showing up when I look at "regular" orders.
I'm an experienced software person, but COMPLETELY inexperienced with php.
Any pointers to help or other threads would be greatly appreciated.

If you have any programming experience with Java, Perl, or C/C++, you'll find PHP pretty easy to pick up, as it pilfers constructs from all of them.

I can't really push you to another support thread because, well, this is it. Sorry.

I'm sorry if this has already been reported, but on the bottom of the order detail page, the "Add New Status/Comments" textarea is very narrow if I'm using IE6, but if I'm using Firefox 2, it's roughly 350 pixels wide, pretty much the width I expect.

I normally can fix things like this, but this one is escaping me.

    Any ideas?

I also meant to say this is a great mod, and I'm very much looking forward to the PayPal support. Great job all around.

Any concerns (other than above) with adding this MOD to a fresh install?

For some reason, all of the FedEx shipping method labels in my Super Orders set up display blank - nothing - when FedEx is selected as the shipping method.

    Any reason?

    A screenshot is below.

As you can see, it's just completely blank. UPS and Pick Up in Store display fine. There's a variable that's not displaying obviously, but I don't know which one it is.
