Well I'm out of ideas. Gonna have to call in Kim, the queen of layout. I'll have her reply here with some advice.

Do you mean discounts, as in adding a new line to the order total, or are you referring to refunds, the red payment lines? If the former, I would guess that QBI is looking "too specifically" at the order total lines, and thus ignoring the custom ones.

If the latter, all purchase orders, payments, and refunds exist in an independent table structure, and definitely won't show up in QBI without some customization.

Looking in my database I can see that any new lines added to the order total are assigned a class of ot_custom

I also see the 4 new SO tables for the refunds, etc.

Just got this error when trying to install the sql with the zen cart sql patch installer in the tools section

1062 Duplicate entry 'CA' for key 2
in:
[INSERT INTO storeso_payment_types VALUES (NULL, 1, 'CA', 'Cash');]

Fatal error: Call to undefined function so_close_status() in /home/wholesom/public_html/admin/super_orders.php on line 1172

Searching the forum, it says that this is addressed in this thread, but I cannot find it. With over 53 pages of posts, does anyone have a link to the post?

mine seems to work fine right now even with that error. but i don't have super order as an option in my admin/configuration section what's going on i wanted to play with a few things?

another thing how would you go about adding the new phone and fax numbers to the contact us pages?

ok got the edit orders working with it but all in all that module sucks

really like to see what you can do with this module i also get this added line when i look at my invoices and print them out Fed Tax ID #FED_TAX_ID_NUMBER
