ctcentralinfo - Don't really understand which part of EP is not working for you? Can you download / upload, which files are you trying to use? Has it been working OK or is it a new install?

When I click on data files and choose store, it takes about 3 to 4 seconds then it collapses.

If I add a feild to EZP, will it automatically be added to the product database? I would like to attach a supplier to the product(s) because I purchase from several. The supplier information would not have to be visable to the public. Just from the admin panel.

Hi there i have installed EP and have tried to upoad the sample output file it says it done it and there is northing there?.I am totally new to this and have been given a stock list from my wifes supplier in excel and really don't have any ideal what i am doing and if i am doing what i am doing right!!! Can someone please help.

What i need to know is

1)Do you have to input any CATS into there store before uploading the TXT file?
2)Not show how i organise Excel/TXT file for stock ready to upload to EP.

Sorry to sound really thick ,But the are nearly 3000 products to upload and we don't fancy typing them all in.Any help would be very much appreciated.

First, re read instructions what come with Easy populate.. then
1. Insert category into zencart, then a product into that category,
with all necessary info i.e. description, price etc etc
2. Then generate easypopulate file , via admin easy populate, which will give you necessary example to work with..

Free version from modhole(url below) works fine with zencart 1.37

When I click on the Easy Populate Standard link in the first post under Easy Populate Support, it tries to go to
http://www.modhole.com/modhole/index.php And the page gives the message: We're sorry, but you are using an unapproved downloader for this site.

Any help would be appreciated. Wonderful tool!
