aust post module issues

I installed the aust post module late last year and it worked fine with my then 1.3.2 version of Zencart.

I recently upgraded to 1.3.7, but haven't been using my store.
Now I see that aust post will not estimate shipping from pop up window, and when I try to checkout, I am getting this message:

ERROR: The delivery rate for this option cannot be determined at this time
If you prefer to use this option as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

I have my shipping enabled and have set up my postcode in config.

Any suggestions of what is happening here?
