Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Ok so my problem found out to be my outdated zen version and the file main_template_vars_images_additional.. still no luck fixin it though.. If someone has. please pm me!!!!!!!

Normally the mod works great and I can click on "larger image" and presto!

However, every so often the hot spot to click on is more like at the center of the image and, less frequently, at the top/left of the image.

Thought it might have to do with the size/orientation of the picture but I've pretty much eliminated that. I've also reloaded all the files too.

Minor annoyance though a few people might not hunt for the hot spot.

It is intermittent and doesn't appear to always happen on the same picture either so I just can't nail this one down.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Oops and by the way.

I don't believe this is a script loading (time) issue either given my tests and attempts to figure this out.

odd the whole image should be a hot spot and be clickable......strange

barco57, think I might have confused you by not using the proper page name for the location of my problem. Not sure what to call it but..

When you see a FULL list by page of products in a category, that picture is a hot spot in its entirety and is not a problem.

Clicking on one of those listed items will take you to where the "problem" exists and that's on the page that lists a SINGLE product detail, description, etc..

Talking to myself again (isn't the first time!).

Took a look at some other sites and I see the hotspot on the individual products covers the full picture there too.

Looked closer at my issue and there is a thin bar hotspot at the top of the picture that shows the entire product description when you hover over it. Then there is hotspot on the "larger image" text but that product description is shortened.

Weird?

How do I control the position and size of the hotspot? Fooled around in the CSS but didn't make any useful changes.

Given how it is supposed to work this is more of an issue for my now. Any ideas?

Well I found A fix but I'm wondering if this is ok and/or if I'm going to "break" anything else on the site since it involves the H1 and H2 in the CSS

H1 and H2 were covering the portions of the picture and the hot spots on those portions of the picture so broke those two out and added a left margin:

h1, h2 {
margin: 0.3em 0;
margin-left: 4.5em;
}
h3, h4, h5, h6 {
margin: 0.3em 0;
}

Ok fix or am I screwing things up?

whats the url? There isn't a "hot spot" like there is for the image handler popup. the images on the product description page are href links making the complete image clickable
