    Idea or Suggestion Re: Ask A Question

    Hello again,

    I've noticed on my development with AAQ that if I enable visibility on certain product details, ie. show product weight, show quantity in stock, etc..., a second Ask A Question button displays...

    Any direction on what could be causing this to occur...?

    It looks as though you've copied it into tpl_product_info_display.php twice. Compare your copy with the copy that comes with the default zen distribution.

    While attempting to get things formatted right, I did accidentally paste the code into two locations and the second only began to display when I wanted additional product info to show...

    I have installed Ask A Question (AAQ) on my system twice. The message link appears on my product page but when clicked the email page and any info on the product does not appear – It’s a blank page. I have followed the ReadMe file with the mod, but does anyone have more detailed info. Thanks in advance for your support.

    If you're getting a blank page there's an error in your PHP. Look at your server logs to track down the offending line.

    OK, I think I know the answer to this question, but I need to ask anyway...

    I installed the modification, but I don't see the "Ask a Question" link.

    I did modify the tpl_product_info_display.php in my custom directory (includes/templates/custom/templates/) as per the read me file.

    As I mentioned, I don't see the link, and when I view the source on my product detail page, I don't see the comments I made in conjunction with the modification. I quadruple checked that I copied the file to the right spot, and I uploaded all the other files. Is there anything else obvious that I could be missing, or am I just making a stupid mistake?

    I figured it out... I didn't have a manufacturer, so the link wasn't appearing. I moved the code so that it wasn't dependent on manufacturer.

    Hi

    Can't seem to find an answer to this:

    I have quite a lengthy description/introduction to my products which I would only like to show on the first page of the product listings. I.e. I'd like page 2 to go straight to the products rather than repeating the text.

    Is there a way to do this?
