Upon looking at it in Admin, I see on some products the following"
Invalid master!(4/0)
What does this mean, and how can i fix it.

This happened to me when I moved products from one category to another in admin>catalog>categories/products. Sometimes in QU it shows "invalid master" after I do that. To fix it, I just selected the correct category from the dropdown menu in QU and clicked on update.
