Adapting the Payplal payments pro module to accept UK debit cards

Hi,

I have the paypal pro module working but the problem is it does not accept cards which are identified as UK debit cards. I just get an error 'card not accepted' or something.

Is there a way to bypass this validation so the card details get sent to paypal?

Since that module is not supported by Zen Cart due to its issues with paypals TOS,
you will need to go ask the folks where you got the module

I found how to do. It was on another thread.

It is a bit of a hack but will do until a new version is available.

Wow, 2007. I'm giving this thread new life with a brand new poke:

Where do I go to view what the PayPal TOS are that ZenCart has
issues with that keep the UK debit cards from being accepted, and
now, 2010, is it still the same, or have things changed?

Which specific debit cards are you complaining about?
What version of Zen Cart are you using?

I'll check with my complaining client and get a list of the
cards they're complaining about.
