Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi, I tried updating to the latest zen lightbox. I removed all the files associated with the previous version zen lightbox. I got this crazy error after installing the .sql file. The site works when I remove the file. Anybody know how to fix this?

Ho copied and pasted the file. It accepted the SQL but then screws up my whole site. I had to remove it!

OK, I finally got it working. It just absolutely wouldn't work without image handler installed. As soon as I installed that, everything was good. Only thing I can't figure out now is why "use css buttons" no longer works...

hi tactics, just to confirm with you. So, image handler is absolutely necessary for zen lightbox to work properly. I installed lightbox and all my other additional images do not appear. I also got error when i try to open the web with IE, with firefox, it seems to work fine, aside of the disappearing additional images.

Can someone advice how could I make next function automatic so images would change with certain interval?

What version of Zen Cart are you running? Also, what other contributions do you have installed?

I am using the latest version of Zen cart 1.3.7.1. The previous lightbox works fine. I have the following contributions: ty package tracker, google analytics, froogle feeder, wishlist, ask a question, links manager, faq manager, testimonial manager, tabbed products, cross sell advanced

Hi Alex I have one question. Right under the lightbox on my site you have were it says larger image. The link is of centered. It wasn't like that before I installed lightbox. Could you point me in the right direction how to fix this.. Thank you

I've got a serious problem after the install of LightBox 1.4:

Clicking on individual product pages it fails with the following php error:

As I've checked and tried to find the bug, I've found that tpl_product_info_default.php does not even exist in the newest zencart distribution.

What is this tpl_product_info_default.php, where can I find it to resolve the problem? Or anybody have an idea to ind a workaround for this?

Found the bug:

the missing file was /includes/modules/pages/product_info/main_template_vars.php file on my server server

I've overwrote modules/pages directories and not merged... ((
