Eway and Maxmind

Hi
ok so you got it working now to check the order you will have to acess maxmind order it below normal orders in admin
this will not send you email regarding whether order is fraud or not you will have to log in admin
goto
maxmind orders
which will tell whether order is fraud or not higher the score higher the fraud

if im not clear in above then where you see your orders instead of that you will have to check maxmind order

Hello shop2buy,

First of all let me thank you for all your help that you have provided me - it is truely appreciated, and above and beyond the call of duty.

I still have my concerns as to whether I have set it up correctly or not, as there nothing appears under the orders.

I have attached my orders page so that you can view it.

Isn't there meant to be a Maxmind graphic where the blank space is under the orders?

sorry if i can;t explain properly but lets make it do step by step again after installation:

1. I hope you have got maxmind installed and there is no error when u make demo purchase

2. Once the customer places the order using credit card log into your admin section

3. Goto admin->customer->maxmind order (this field is down under in customers)

4. Once you click maxmind orders it will show same screen as that of orders except that there will be some red green dotes with numerical value

5. Now the demo order you placed should be here click that order for more detail it will take you the screen with complete detail of order and will explain the complete detail.

I am posting you screen shot of one fraud order that we have captured using this maxmind
