Newsletter-Only Subscriptions for v1.3x

Please forgive me if this has been replied to. I have installed the mod and when you add your email, the center column expands way too much. Where can we define the column width?

i install latest newsletter_subscribe_2.0.7 but when i try to delete any newsletter subscriber, this is not delete ?

Fixed the date issue.

I went into the subscribers table of the database, changed the type of subscribed_date to date/time, null should be yes default blank.

That fixed the issue for future records. If you're as picky as I am you can go to the previous records and edit that date manually.

I have it installed correctly, after a week of installing, come to find out I had 1 of my custom folders named SophyBlue instead of sophyblue, (have to love coding sometimes, ha ha) anyway how do I change the text colors on the warning part (There is already a Customer Account using that email address. blah blah, ) the only part that shows is the Login and Click here, the rest of the text is white and my background is white, when you enter a new email address the text is correct.

how do I change the text colors on the warning part

I used Firefox with FIREBUG add-on to identify what the warning box html and css were/are. looks like maybe

and from the stylesheet:

.messageStackWarning, .messageStackError 
background-color:#FF0000;
color:#FFFFFF;

your template/stylesheet may have something different

FIREBUG is indispensable.

I have a security alarm company cart I am creating, subscription based, but this work for that as well? They need a subscription payment module, and the utilities that this provides is perfect for managing their subscribers.

If you know of a better subscription module for zen, could you recommend?

Guys,

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I can't find reference to it.

I've installed 2.0.7 on a ZC 1.3.7 installation. Everything works splendidly except for the actual sign up process.

Even though the email address entered is not registered to a customer's account or to the subscribe-only list, the message "This email address has already placed a Newsletter-Only subscription. If you did not receive the confirmation request, please email [shop address] from the address and request the subscription." is displayed.

However, the confirm subscription email is still sent and the customer can complete the sign-up process.

Any ideas?
