Only shows a white back ground. I have changed it back for the time being.
background:url("../images/christmas.jpg");

or

background:url("../images/christmas.jpg") repeat;

if it needs to repeat itself.

Put the image into the includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images folder.
