Paypal seems to be acting oddly - you get directed there ok, but when you log in it fails (asks you to retry) unless you have cookies enabled in your browser.
Any ideas?
It has been workig before now.

Update to the above.
This problem exists on ONE of my zencart sites only.
- you complete checkout
- you go to the paypal login screen
- you enter your email/password
- you get presented with a screen which has the normal paypal tabbed headers and then nothing except two links - one saying 'click here to retry' and one saying 'return to the homepage'. Nothing else.
Please has ANYONE got any ideas about what I can try to narrow down the problem.
- a different installation works on a different hosted server
- there are no error messages displayed
- if you enable cookies in your browser and repeat the process it all works fine
thanks
Julia
You're saying this happens while you're at the PayPal site? If so, then you'll have to raise your issue with PayPal tech support.
Have you tried just clearing your browser's cache and cookies?
Also, why do you have cookies disabled?

Thanks for the info - I agree that it's more likely a problem with the PayPal end, but was interested to see if anyone else had seen anything similar.
I don't usually run with cookies disabled - but it seems the purchaser was running that way, and I would have thought that PayPal would allow that.
